(my) Ninja 250R Mileage fact

Posted by: NinjaRider In: MotoBike Facts

One of most famous question about a new motobike is ” how about its fuel consumtion? ” “what about the mileage?” , so in order to answer this natural question, i pick a mileage test during the work day. I rode Ninja 250R for 2 days riding on identical trip route. I’m using 92 Octane fuel, no engine mods, and of course with natural riding style. For a 140,4 km trip, It takes 5,432 ( i bought fuel twice, 2,007 litre and 3,428 liter) liter fuel for riding. So the mileage of My Ninja 250R are about 25,58 kilometers per 1 L fuel. Its about 60,68 Mile per Gallon (MPG)

According to the Kawasaki’s MPG Page, the 250R mileage is about 61 MPG, and I did it . . . it is 61 MPG.

I Love riding in the Rain, why, . . . . . . because not much people doing what i do :D, there is no traffic. I ride with only 1 - 5 other biker in the rainy roads. It was a very enjoyable 35 kilometers rainy ride.
